The AES Indiana Marketplace is an online store that makes the purchase of energy-saving products and services easy by applying discounts instantly during checkout for eligible products.
Who is eligible for discounted products and rebates?
Residential AES Indiana customers eligible to receive discounts and rebates may obtain products through the Marketplace.
How are the discounts applied?
The discounts are automatically applied at checkout. The customer will have their eligibility verified prior to the checkout process.
Why is my address not populating?

Are there limits to the number of eligible discounted products?
Yes, there are quantity limits for the products listed below.

Can I place multiple orders?
Yes, you can place multiple orders. However, there are limits on the total number of an item you can order at one time, as well as across transactions.

Order Information
How can I view and print my online order confirmation?
You can view your order information in the order confirmation email or in Dashboard > My Orders.
How do I track my order?
The tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation email or in Dashboard > My Orders.
Can I change the shipping date?
The Marketplace is not able to adjust the shipping date for your order. Typically, products are shipped within two to five business days after the order is placed.
Do you store my credit card information?
No. All credit card and payment information will be processed through the secure payment processing software Stripe. Credit card information is not stored or visible to our customer service representatives.
Returns
Can I return my order?
If you purchase a qualifying product through the portal and it arrives damaged, or you receive a different product from what you ordered, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] or by calling 866-908-4915 for assistance.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering by calling 866-908-4915.

How long does standard delivery take?
Standard delivery is five to seven business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to be determined by the products purchased. Some items have $0 shipping and others have a flat rate shipping rate.
