Income Eligible Assessments
Customers who meet income requirements can choose between an In-Home Energy Assessment for an in-person evaluation or a Virtual Home Energy Assessment to discuss energy-saving opportunities during a live video call. Each option includes customized recommendations and free upgrades. In-home appointments typically take up to 2.5 hours, while the virtual option can take up to 1.5.
Virtual Home Energy Assessment
During a live video chat on your phone or tablet, an AES Indiana Energy Advisor will discuss your home’s energy use and opportunities to save money and energy. Afterward, you’ll receive a customized list of recommendations, details on available rebates and qualifying energy-efficient upgrades as determined by your advisor. Virtual appointments typically take up to 1.5 hours.
